🟢 Class divisions: We have divided the dates into five classes, which are named below. These are not five types or five varieties of dates. In fact, Urvi Farm has nearly 100 varieties of dates. We have assigned different varieties of dates to these five classes based on a complex attributes of taste, size, color, texture and sweetness, water and fiber contents.

🟢 Names: Red Fresh Dates are also called as Red Kharek. This is the fruit from which the dried Black Khajur is processed and made. If Khajur is so healthy, imagine the amount of nutritional packing in the fresh fruit version of Khajur!

🟢 Trees: At Urvi Farm, date fruit trees thrive through Darwinian principles of Natural Selection. While tree planting methods include seeds or tissue-cultured saplings, our farm solely relies on seed planting. Over 20 years, a meticulous process of natural selection has continually replaced inferior trees with superior ones, resulting in slow yet superior fruit enhancement.
